Movere will lock a user account after three (3) failed log-in attempts. This occurs when a user attempts to login using the correct username but an incorrect password:
The lockout period will last for 30 minutes and cannot be bypassed. Once the 30-minute period has passed, the user may attempt to login again.
The Forgot Password option will continue to work during the lockout period. If the password is reset at any time during the 30-minute lockout, please ensure the updated password is used when next logging in.
Note: If your email address has multiple aliases (Such as: email@example.com and firstInitial.Last@domain.com) please make sure you are logging into Movere with the same exact username you created when you registered in Movere.
