When viewing ARC CPU utilization data by process, (on the ARC\Windows & LINUX\CPU Utilization by Process), you may see a value for Non-idle under the Process Name column:
Movere returns the status of Non-Idle for any process path that takes more than one second to enumerate when ARC scanning.
When attempting to enumerate a given process path, Movere will attempt to resolve the specific process for one second.
- If the path does not resolve in this time, Movere will back out and return the CPU value for the entire working set and a state of Non-Idle.
- If Movere is able to enumerate the process path within one second, you will get both process name and CPU utilization for each specific process.
