Movere’s Alerting feature provides individual users the ability to subscribe to automate email alerts for any customer(s) they wish, across four different alerting parameters. Below are detailed instructions for this feature:
From the Alerts tab, a user can select the customer tenant they would like to subscribe to from the Subscribe menu:
To subscribe to an alert, simply click the desired alerting icon. The icon will be gray when unsubscribed, and will turn green once the user has subscribed:
To subscribe to multiple alerts, simply click each desired alert until the icon turns green.
Once subscribed to an alert, the user can set their preferred alerting cadence. NOTE: the ‘Data Paused’ alerts do not offer a cadence selection.
To set the cadence, double-click in the drop-down menu and pick the desired frequency:
Alerting cadences can be set to different frequencies per alert and per customer, allowing a user to set different alerting schedule within a single customer and across all customers:
Bulk Subscribe: Movere also offers the ability to bulk subscribe from alerts. By clicking the “Bulk Subscribe” option, a user will be able to subscribe to any alert(s) across all customers:
Once in Bulk Subscribe mode, simply click on the alert(s) you wish to subscribe too. Movere will confirm you wish to subscribe to the alert across all customers:
When setting the frequency of an alert in Bulk Subscribe mode, the selected frequency will apply across all customers. Movere will confirm that you wish to set this frequency across your entire customer base:
NOTE: you can set a different alert frequency, or unsubscribe from a specific alert, per customer by exiting Bulk Subscribe mode and changing the specific alerting frequency and/or subscription at the customer level, as outlined above.
Bulk Unsubscribe: Movere also offers the ability to bulk unsubscribe from alerts. By clicking the “Bulk Unsubscribe” option, a user will be able to unsubscribe to any alert(s) across all customers:
Once in Bulk Unsubscribe mode, simply click on the alert(s) you wish to unsubscribe from. Movere will confirm you wish to unsubscribe from the alert across all customers:
NOTE: you can re-subscribe to any alert per customer by exiting Bulk Unsubscribe mode and subscribing to the desired alert at the customer level, as outlined above.
Unsubscribe All: use this option to unsubscribe from all alerts across all customers:
Alerting History: The History feature is available regardless of which alert, if any, are subscribed to for any given customer. This feature provides a log of all events for each of the four alerting options for the entirety of the customer's data uploading:
