Customer admin users can grant, and revoke, Microsoft users access to their tenant at any time. In order for a Microsoft user to be granted access, they must have an active Movere user account.
To grant a Microsoft user access, the customer admin should navigate to their Stats tab and click the Microsoft Grants button in the bottom-right corner:
Click this icon will generate a list of all Microsoft users registered in Movere. To grant access to a specific user, the customer admin can use the search box in the top-right corner to identify the correct user(s). By clicking the padlock icon, the customer admin will grant the Microsoft user access:
Once granted access to the customer tenant, the Microsoft user will be notified by email. All Microsoft access to a customer tenant is read-only; Microsoft users are not granted to ability to edit or upload data to a customer tenant. Microsoft users can export data from a customer tenant.
Customer admins can revoke Microsoft user access at any time. In order to identify which Microsoft user(s) have access to a customer tenant, please work directly with the customer admin; non-admin customer users, and all partner users, cannot view, grant, or revoke Microsoft user access.
